Casto Bambu word is derived from Italian language. Casto means pure in English and Bambu is bamboo tree, Basically meaning is Pure Bamboo.

Orders

Initially, Open the shop page and choose the product of your choice with color, size and quantity. Select the buy now, register with Casto Bambu, add the address and choose the payment options and continue with the checkout process.

Yes, You need to register an log in with your Casto Bambu account to continue with your order placement process.

Your must register to open an account with Casto Bambu. Once registered, you can log in to your account anytime and edit it update your registered contact, username, password, email and address book details.

For assisting with you size selection, we have size and fit guides separately in pdf file.

You need to reset your password, follow the forgot password instructions on the sign-in page. Please understand, for security reasons we don't share or send your old existing password through any means ( SMS or Email).

Payments

If you are facing any payment failure issue, we request you to choose any other listed payment method. Further if money gets debited from your account and your order is not created successfully, we will refund the amount to you through the same mode of payment made by you.

We have encrypted every information that has been used to process payment using the SSL protocol. SSL establishes a secure, encrypted connection that protects sensitive data, such as debit and credit card information.

No, we can accept only one method of payment/card per order.

Once your order has been successfully placed, your card will be debited with the charges. Casto Bambu will notify the successful order placement through SMS/EMAIL.

Shipping

We attempt to deliver orders between 4 to 7 business days (excludes public holidays and Sundays). The delivery time may vary during festive seasons, special occasions, during special offers and sales periods.

No, we deliver only to street addresses.

Your shipping charges may vary with the distance, weight, shipping plan and shipping mode of your order.

Yes, you can modify or raise a request to modify your address through contact details given in the website before your order gets shipped.

Casto Bambu delivers to one per order. If your want to send your item/purchases to multiple addresses, we suggest placing a separate order for each destination.

Tracking

Once placing an order, the status of the order can be checked on the 'Orders' page under your account. Your order status will help you understand whether your order has been shipped or not.

Unfortunately, we are unable to change or amend any of the order details once they have been placed. Rather, you can receive the order and send it back to us by following our returns procedure.

For prepaid orders, if our delivery partners are unable to deliver the product and then send it back to us, we will initiate a refund to your account that will reflect within 24-48 hours from imitation.

Once the order has been placed, you will receive an email along with an SMS notifying the status of your order.

By entering the provided tracking ID for your order, you can track the location of your delivery with Casto Bambu.

Returns

At Casto Bambu, all our products undergo a stringent quality control process. Even after all those quality checks, if you received a faulty product, you can raise a return/refund request with us.

All items are returnable with Casto Bambu within 10 days of purchase.

The product should be in its original condition with all tags intact.

It must be unused, preserved and undamaged. You can return the item when the delivery contains ;

  • Incomplete products (missing quantity or accessories).
  • Faulty products
  • Damaged products
  • Irrelevant products

You have 10 days to decide on your product return.

In any case of inconvenience with the recieved product, open your account and navigate to your order. Choose the product/item that you wish to return. Then click the "Request for Return/Exchange" button at the bottom of the page.

Provide the reasons with picture proof and a clear description to support your claim and continue with the return process.

Our logistics will take care of the reverse pickup. Once the item has reached out warehouse, the full amount of your return will be refunded to your account via the original payment method.

Yes, Casto Bambu offers full and partial return/exchange for each item in a multi item order.

You can cancel your order completely or partially at any time within 25 hours of placing the order. Any amount deducted will be refunded through your original payment method.
